Mark Twain on Ethics



If you tell the truth
you don't have to remember anything.


In his notebook on 1894 published as "Mark Twain's Notebook" (1935). Mark Twain (1835–1910) was born Samuel Langhorne Clemens and he was an American author and humorist. He is most noted for his novels, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (1876), and its sequel, Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (1885), the latter often called "the Great American Novel."
